Activities:

Participants will have the opportunity to visit both sites
The redevelopment of Tonsley Park will create a vibrant and integrated mixed-use employment precinct designed to grow the industrial and economic base of southern Adelaide with education, renewable energy and world-class community facilities. A range of housing types – such as three to four-bedroom townhouses, cosmopolitan apartment living and student accommodation – are proposed for the site.

Carsten Dethlefsen Portfolio Manager, LMC will explain the concept of the development and develop-ment issues the site.
Bowden Village is touted to become a leading example of a transit oriented, mixed use and walkable community. The development is destined to become one of Adelaide’s flagship residential developments.

Andre Stuyt, Place manager, LMC will explain the philosophy of the development plus discussion regarding particular issues that have been encountered to date.
